I need my authenticator (MFA) reset
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds an extra step when you log in, using an authenticator app on your phone. If you've changed phones, deleted the authenticator app or can't get a code, you'll need your MFA reset.
How to get your MFA reset
- contact us with your full name, the email address on your Extraordinary account and your employer's name.
- We need your employer's approval before we can reset your MFA. We'll ask them for it, or you can ask your HR or benefits team to contact us to approve it.
- Once your employer has approved it, we'll reset your MFA. Next time you log in, you'll be asked to set up MFA again.
We can't see or access your authenticator app, so a reset is the only way to fix this.
Does your employer use work sign-in?
If you log in through your organisation's own sign-in page (single sign-on), the authenticator is managed by your employer. Please contact your organisation's IT team instead.
