How do I top up my Bee Card with my Extraordinary account?

You can top up your Bee Card online at beecard.co.nz, in person at customer service points or retailers using your Extraordinary card.

Online Top-Up

  1. Register your card: Visit beecard.co.nz and register your card to manage it online.
  2. Log in: Log in to your Bee Card account.
  3. Top up: Choose to top up your card manually or set up an automatic top-up for when your balance drops below a certain threshold.
  4. Confirm: Complete the transaction by entering your Extraordinary card details.
     
In-Person Top-Up
  1. Visit a location: Find a customer service point or a nominated retailer in your region.
  2. Request a top-up: Ask the staff to top up your Bee Card.
  3. Pay: Pay with your Extraordinary card for your desired top-up amount.
